The doors open at 6pm for those who have a reserved table only. If you do not have a reserved table, and/or are not on the guest list for a reserved table, general entry is 7pm, regardless of what ticket level you have purchased.

Yes! The Kridel Grand Ballroom has an elevator from the lobby and is fully accessible.
Blades and non-firing replica flintlocks are permissible. Your weapons will be peace-tied at the door.
Parking is limited, and we highly suggest you take an Uber, Lyft, cab or carpool to the event!

Downtown parking meters operate from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, unless otherwise posted. The current rate for on-street parking in the Downtown district is $2.00 per hour
I have a Wheelchair User Parking Placard:
You can park without payment at any standard parking space marked for 30 minutes or longer if you have a state-issued Wheelchair User Disabled Person Parking Permit.
You may also park at any of the 30 new parking spaces reserved for people with state-issued Wheelchair User permits. Most of these spaces will have right-side loading.

Food will NOT available for purchase on site, but a selection of complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be available for those who have purchased a Scallywag ticket.
We haven’t forgotten the grog! There will be copious wine, beer, rum and specialty punches available for sale with a drink ticket. Drink tickets available for purchase on site. Bars do not take cash or cards. Drink tickets can be purchased on site with cash or card. A limited select of non alcoholic beverages will be provided free of charge to our non-drinking friends.
